Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Human Resource Advisor to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee well-being, workplace culture, and compliance, and will work closely with management to deliver HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Provide support on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Manage and update HR policies and procedures
- Promote employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure GDPR and employment law compliance across HR activities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and concerns
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
