Job Description:
Heaven for Foodies is seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to craft exceptional coffee and deliver outstanding customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for great food and drinks, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
- Offer friendly, efficient service to all customers
- Manage stock and restock items as needed
- Support other team members during busy periods
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Educate customers on menu items and daily specials
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Skills Required:
- Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
- Basic maths for handling cash and POS systems
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
