Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage, train, and lead restaurant staff including bartenders, servers, and kitchen team
  • Develop staff schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintain hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance and update the menu offerings
  • Enforce food safety practices and ensure compliance with all health regulations
  • Monitor restaurant financials and implement cost-control strategies

  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and cost-control measures
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Experience managing food and beverage inventory and supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of Food Safety: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP)
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with POS systems, staff scheduling tools, and restaurant management software
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to manage busy shifts, respond to unexpected challenges, and work evenings/weekends as required
