JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Manage and train restaurant staff, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff Create employee schedules and assign duties Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
Salary: GBP 29,000 – 39,000 per year
37.5 hours per week
