Key Responsibilities
– Oversee all retail operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient
functioning.
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and improve
profitability.
– Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and staff to deliver outstanding
performance.
– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
– Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email, and in-person meetings
– Preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors
– Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
– Understanding of the market of the UK, UAE & Gulf Region is advantageous.
Person Specifications:
Proven record of managing a business
First-class communication skills and the ability to work at all levels of an organization
Strong presentation skills
Familiar with all relevant MS Office applications Strong account management
Multi-lingual (Urdu/Hindi/Arabic) is advantageous.
Willing to Travel UK, UAE & Gulf Region for Business Affairs
